Experience:- 3+ years.
Location:- Madurai.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Provide exceptional care to customers in Visa processing.
- Own the entire customer journey from sharing document checklist, document run through, filling relevant forms and submitting the documents.
- Complete the documentation and help in physically visiting the center to submit the documents of HNI customers.
- Coordinate with multiple departments internally to ensure quick resolution for any queries which a customer may have related to Visa processing.
Requirements:-
- 3-5 years hands on experience in Visa processing, vetting and documentation.
- Experience in filling in visa applications, a good understanding of how visas work for the following regions - Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Southeast Asia and Middle eastern countries.
- Experience in handling customer conversations face to face and over channels like emails/calls.
