Branch Manager (Sea Freight)
Experience:- 5-12 Years
Roles & Responsibilty:-
• Developed and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers through
account development.
• Understanding Customers requirement and arranging competitive rates with
shipment planning.
• Negotiating rates with SHIPPING LINE, NVOCC'S & CO-LOADERS for FCL & LCL
shipments.
• Maintaining good relations with SHIPPING LINE & NVOCC'S to get timely booking
and better rates.
• Understanding complete process to place booking with SHIPPING LINE &
NVOCC'S.
• Coordinating with overseas agents, understanding their requirement and quoting
rates accordingly.
• Daily Coordination with all the departments in company to provide proper and timely
service to the customers.
• Maintained professional, organized and safe environment for all employees.
• Accomplished multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Resolved staff member conflicts, actively listening to concerns and finding
appropriate middle ground.
